关于云南滇红
滇红茶以其醇厚甘甜著称,产于云南南部和西南部的临沂、宝山、丰庆、西双版纳、德宏等地。滇红冲泡后汤色红鲜明亮,金圈突出,香气鲜爽,滋味浓强,富有刺激性,叶底红匀鲜亮,加牛奶仍有较强茶味,呈棕色、粉红或姜黄鲜亮,以浓、强、鲜为其特色。
泡茶时,采用85℃-95℃热水冲泡4g-5g(每1g茶冲泡50g-60g)滇红,第一次冲泡时间约为8s-15s,后续冲泡时间延长3s-5s。不要使用开水,因为开水会破坏红茶中的维生素C和其他成分。它还会加速酚类物质的沉淀,如咖啡因和茶多酚,这将使茶的味道酸涩。如果使用90℃的热水冲泡,则可冲泡8至10次。

Excellent yunnan, heaps of golden tips like in the picture (other tea shops have sold me gold yunnan with less than this) . Fragrant, delicious tea.
I do like black yunnan as daily drinker and this is excellent value. Will be buying again.
