关于武夷肉桂
武夷肉桂是除了武夷大红袍另外一种武夷岩茶珍品,产自福建省武夷山。此茶以其特别的肉桂辛香而闻名。其品质特点为:味甘泽而香馥郁,没绿茶之苦,无红茶之涩,性和不寒,久藏不坏,香久益清,味久益醇。其香气极其辛锐,具有强烈的刺激感。 此茶是以肉桂树品种的茶树鲜叶,用武夷岩茶的制作方法而制成的乌龙茶,为武夷岩茶中的高香品种,且其茶汤中有明显的桂皮气息,因而命名为“肉桂”。 此款肉桂产于福建省武夷山市武夷山风景区外,但仍在武夷山境内,属于武夷山半岩茶场。此款茶中火培香,因此初尝时还带有一丝丝淡淡的烟熏香气。

I adore the cinnamon flavour in this tea. It’s subtle, but it reminds me of warm cinnamon buns and really tastes like I’m indulging even though it’s so healthy for me.

I expected the cinnamon aroma to be stronger but it wasn’t too strong – just enough – so that I could taste other layers within the tea.
