關於雲南滇紅
滇紅茶以其醇厚甘甜著稱,產於雲南南部和西南部的臨沂、寶山、豐慶、西雙版納、德宏等地。滇紅沖泡後湯色紅鮮明亮,金圈突出,香氣鮮爽,滋味濃強,富有刺激性,葉底紅勻鮮亮,加牛奶仍有較強茶味,呈棕色、粉紅或薑黃鮮亮,以濃、強、鮮為其特色。我們的這款滇紅生產於2019年春季。
泡茶時,採用85℃-95℃熱水沖泡4g-5g(每1g茶沖泡50g-60g)滇紅,第一次沖泡時間約為8s-15s,後續沖泡時間延長3s-5s 。不要使用開水,因為開水會破壞紅茶中的維生素C和其他成分。它還會加速酚類物質的沉澱,如咖啡因和茶多酚,這將使茶的味道酸澀。如果使用90℃的熱水沖泡,則可沖泡8至10次。

Excellent yunnan, heaps of golden tips like in the picture (other tea shops have sold me gold yunnan with less than this) . Fragrant, delicious tea.
I do like black yunnan as daily drinker and this is excellent value. Will be buying again.
